- Mix of F2F, Tel calls and possible Home Visits
- Ideally can see patients from birth up
- Hours negotiable between 08:30 - 18:30
Rate: Flexible
Minimum Requirements:
- Prescriber (or working towards prescribing qualification)
- SystmOne trained
