We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Health Care Assistant to support our residents with daily care needs, while upholding dignity, safety, and comfort. Experience with the ATLAS eMAR system and safe medication administration is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care: hygiene, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding.
• Promote independence and respectful relationships.
• Administer and record medications accurately via ATLAS eMAR.
• Maintain safe medication storage and report side effects.
• Keep clear, up-to-date care records.
• Communicate changes in residents' health and attend handovers.
• Collaborate with team members and uphold safeguarding practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in care (elderly/dementia preferred).
• Proficient with ATLAS eMAR and PCS.
• Medication administration training (or willing to train).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kind, patient, and flexible (including nights/weekends).

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care.
